Ocean 7 knew how important it was to solidify a proper brand guideline and strategy to sell their family friendly town-homes in Bal Harbour. Starting with the brand identity, first we were able to plug in the missing pieces rapidly with our extensive understanding of the real estate industry. Stationaries and event email blasts are a given but what really generated the most excitement was our lifestyle film that really brought the property to life. We can now say that our branding is worth 5.7M.
